Currently residing in the rural town of Ravenel, South Carolina which is located just a few miles outside of the historic city of Charleston, Joseph Richardson is a cinematographer, screenwriter, artist and director who is available for hire for films, music videos and commercials.

His recent works include the short films Cyber Killer, starring Donna and Josiah Richardson, and The Review, both of which he wrote, directed and was the cinematographer for. He also directed and was the cinematographer for the Pounds mini documentary, as well as several episodes of the movie review show entitled "Sit'n'Watch and a commercial for B.L.W Construction.

He is also working the cyber killer and martyr graphic novels, both of which were created, written and illustrated by him

He is also a member of the N.S.C.S (National Society of Collegiate Scholars.) and has a bachelors degree in digital cinematography.

He trusts wholeheartedly that film making is an art not a business, and that a film should represent a clear distinctive vision that was cultivated by the director, writer and cinematographer for the reason OF inspiring the viewer and not to be produced for the sole purpose of profit.

He is an admirer of movies off all genres, cultures and time periods and is an admirer of practical effects grasping that the usage of practical effects over CGI tends to give a film a sense of visual reality that CGI cannot mimic. His creativity lends itself to fully bringing life and inspiration to any genre of music and film that he has and will work on in the future.
